I chose Occidental for its proximity to Dubai Mall, and was pleasantly surprised by the multilingual staff. The hotel's gift shop offered a wide range of products, and the Premium Level Lounge & Bar provided exclusive, quality service.
Housekeeping was delayed and unprofessional.

we had a great ten-night stay at Occidental Al Jaddaf, strategically located near the metro and bus stops. the staff, including the guest experience manager and the friendly team at the Souk Restaurant, made our stay exceptional. the hotel offers beautiful, clean rooms with comfortable beds and a lovely restaurant. Plus, it's near the airport and conveniently located with tourist activities nearby. We especially appreciated the big parking space in front of the hotel.

Great breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, live band music, friendly staff, nearby tourist activities.
Felt welcomed, no complaints.
